Rates for notarizations on documents such as Grant Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Quit Claim Deeds, Affidavits, Living Trusts, Loan Documents, Letters of Authorization, Parental Consent for Minors to Travel, Copy Certification by Document Custodian, Copy certification of Power of Attorney, General Durable Power of Attorney or any other doument that requires an Acknowledgment or Jurat:

$15 per notarized signature plus milage charges.

Up to 15 miles round trip $30

over 15 miles, up to 25 miles round trip $35

over 25 miles round trip $35 plus $1.00 per mile thereafter

* Mileage calculated using "Google Maps"

* Accepted Payment: Cash, Check, Pay Pal (credit card), Venmo or Zelle.

Notarization of Mortgage documents (Escrow & Lender docs)

Basic Loan Document signing / notarization $150 (includes travel up to 50 miles round trip). *print fee seperate

Double Loan Package (1st & 2nd Deed) $225 (includes travel up to 50 miles round trip). *print fee seperate

Printing 2 sets of Loan Docs $25 (1 set for borrower to keep and 1 set for escrow)

*Half of signing fee...for refusal to sign or no-show

Full fee if signing is completed and borrower cancels loan.

Documents I DO NOT notarize:

Incomplete documents, wills (unless drawn up by an attorney or an attorney is present), immigration documents, copies of birth, death or marriage records, documents signed outside my presence (when a Jurat is used - it will have the words "signed and sworn"), a copy of any document (except for power of attorneys where I watch the copy being made from the original), photographs, faxed or copied signatures.

* I can notarize a "California Jurat with Affiant Statement" where the signer states the copies attached are copies of an original document. This is because I am notarizing the signer's statement and not the document.
