Rates for general notarizations such as Deeds, Deed of Trust, Quit-claim Deeds, Affidavits, Living Trusts, Loan  Documents, Letters of Authorization, Copy Certification by Document Custodian, Copy Certification of Power of Attorney, Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness, Acknowledgment or Jurat:

  $10 per signature plus mileage charges.

Each signer must either present a valid and current photo ID such as a U.S., Mexican or Canadian drivers license or U.S. ID issued by the DMV, U.S. passport or a foreign passport stamped by the USCIS, U.S. Military Id card (with photo), Inmate ID  issued by the California Dept. of Corrections.   

 Documents I DO NOT Notarize:

Incomplete documents, wills (unless with an attorney or attorney's instructions), immigration documents, copies of birth, death or marriage records, documents signed outside my presence (Jurats), copies of any documents (except Powers of Attorney [if I see the original and/or make the copy), photographs, faxed or copied signatures. *We can notarize a "California Copy Certification by Document Custodian", which is your sworn statement that your document copy is a true, correct and complete copy. It is your statement that we notarize, not the actual copied document.

  Notarization of Mortgage Documents

  Basic Loan Document signing/notarization  $125.00 (includes up to 60 miles round trip).   

  Double Loan Package (1st and 2nd Deed)  $200.00 (includes up to 60 miles round trip)

  E-docs, Fax or Digital Loan Documents  $25  (includes 1 copy of documents for signer)

  * Half of signing fee .... for refusal to sign or no-show

  * Full fees if signing is completed and borrower cancels loan.
