Rates for general notarizations such as Deeds, Deed of Trust, Quit-claim Deeds, Affidavits, Living Trusts, Loan  Documents, Letters of Authorization, Copy Certification by Document Custodian, Copy Certification of Power of Attorney, Proof of Execution by Subscribing Witness, Acknowledgment or Jurat:

  $10 per signature plus mileage charges.

 Identification Required For Notarizations:

  Each signer must either present a valid and current photo ID such as a drivers license, California ID, US Military Identification card, Inmate ID  issued by the California Dept. of Corrections or passport.   

 Documents we DO NOT Notarize:

 Incomplete documents, wills (unless with an attorney), immigration documents, copies of birth, death or marriage records, documents signed   outside our presence (Jurats), copies of any documents (except Powers of Attorney [if we see the original and make the copy), photographs, faxed       or copied signatures. *We can notarize a "California Copy Certification by Document Custodian", which is your sworn statement that your document copy is a true, correct and complete copy. It is your statement that we notarize, not the actual copied document.

  Basic Loan Document signing/notarization  $150.00 (includes up to 60 miles round trip).  * E-docs extra

  Double Loan Package (1st and 2nd Deed)  $190.00 (includes up to 60 miles round trip)

  E-docs, Fax or Digital Loan Documents  $25  (includes 1 copy of documents for signer)

  * Full fee for refusal to sign or no-show
